Privacy policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains how Alitus Consulting, operated by EK LIVING, LLC, handles information through this website and our software and consulting services.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email, business contact details, and information about your enquiry. We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and provide requested services.

The enquiry tool on this website prepares a text file on your device. It does not automatically send your enquiry or subscribe you to SMS messages. If you choose to email or otherwise send that file, its contents are shared through your chosen service.

Website operation

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The site stores your motion preference in your browser when available. The app previews use sample data.

Information in Alitus applications

Alitus Form Manager processes authorized users’ field updates and attachments, project records, and account information to provide reporting and office review. Access to company records is controlled through authenticated accounts and application permissions.

We use service providers for hosting and communications as needed to operate these services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process the information needed to deliver and support the SMS program. SMS consent is not used for unrelated purposes.

See the SMS privacy policy for more about operational text messages, and the SMS terms for program details and opt-out instructions.

Questions and requests

Contact Alitus Consulting using the business contact details on our homepage about this policy or your information. Requests concerning a company’s project records may need to be handled with that company’s authorized administrator.
