1. Scope
This policy applies to the Alitus Field Reporting SMS/MMS Program, an internal operational field-reporting service provided by Alitus Consulting to authorized users of participating customer organizations. Alitus Consulting is a brand operated by EK LIVING, LLC.
This policy covers information received through the program's SMS and MMS messages, enrollment process and related field-reporting workflow. It does not replace any broader employee, contractor, customer-organization or business privacy notice that may separately apply.

- Operational context needed to organize submissions, such as your authorized-user status, customer organization, Project, reporting date and delivery status.
- Limited technical and security information needed to receive, deliver, protect and troubleshoot messages.
3. How we use information
We use program information to:
- Enroll authorized users and maintain their messaging preferences.
- Send field-report prompts, reminders, requests for missing information, confirmations and other approved operational messages.
- Receive, organize and process field reports, Project photographs, Delivery Documents and Toolbox Talk recordings.
- Provide authorized administrators of the participating customer organization with the resulting business records.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, investigate delivery problems and comply with law.
The program is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information collected through this program. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share operational program information with authorized administrators of your participating customer organization and with service providers that help operate the program, including messaging providers, telephone carriers, cloud-hosting providers and data-processing providers. These providers may use the information only to provide the applicable services, protect those services or comply with law.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing for unrelated third-party purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the field-reporting program, maintain applicable business and audit records, document messaging consent, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or carrier requirements. Retention may differ by record type and customer organization.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Nevertheless, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your messaging choices
Reply STOP to opt out of future program messages. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, reply START to request enrollment again. Opt-out requests are applied to the telephone number used to send the request.
